Skittles exist to provide an entertaining release from reality. A little detour of the daily routine, to blow off some steam. To feel something different, find something exciting, to bend the rules. If only for a second. That is what’s happening here with this experimental design project.
This skittle tube with ribs is a corrugated pipe, it can be stretched, twisted, and bent into various shapes, even worn as a bracelet. The interaction reveals dynamic rainbow colors and produces a satisfying popping sound, enhancing the sensory experience.
